- New "Rental Log" page showing all current tenancies, in order of expiry
- New notification options:
- 1. Notify staff when user is evicted
- 2. Notify staff when user indicates "Won't Renew"
- 3. Send notifications via SmartBot (allows direct person-to-person style IM rather than local chat IM)
