CasperTech is a UK business corporation, not a legal firm, and it is therefore NOT CasperTech's place to interpret the laws of any country. If you want clarification on Linden Lab's skill gaming policy, the ONLY people to ask are Linden Lab themselves, since it is THEIR policy.
CasperTech has asked for, and received, clarification from Linden Lab to verify that CasperTech products (Lucky Chair, Midnight Madness, etc.) do NOT fall under the skill gaming policy because they do not pay money as a prize, and are not skill based.
