There has recently been a rise in fake gift cards used by scammers. These are usually given out by throwaway alts in busy areas.
These cards contain a malicious script, which will immediately ask for debit permissions.
In all reported cases so far, the gift card itself was invisible. However, these cards may look like genuine CasperVend Gift Cards, and may even show Casper Warden as the creator. This does NOT mean that it is genuine.
If you grant debit permissions, the malicious cards will immediately attempt to empty your account:
