CasperVend Store Managers

Managers are NOT CSR contacts! Be VERY careful who you add to your managers list! You must be able to trust them with every option you give them!

Add a Manager

1. Go to your Managers page.
2. Click the "Add Manager" button.
3. Add the current ACCOUNT name of the manager - not their display name!
4. Click the blue "Ok" button.
5. You will immediately get a permissions popup that contains all the low / moderate / significant / high risk options.
6. Tick the boxes as appropriate for your choices.
7. When done selecting options, click the green "Save" button in the top right of the popup window.
8. The popup will go away, and your selected options will be in effect.
9. You will now see your new manager in the managers list. (see example image)
10. Repeat for each manager you wish to add.

Modifying/Removing Manager Access

1. Go to your Managers page.
2. You should see your list of managers.
3. Click "Set Permissions" on the line with the manager who's access you want to modify.
4. Change your selected permissions as appropriate.
5. Click the green "Save" button on the top right of the popup.
6. Your changes should take effect immediately.

Removing a Manager

1. Go to your Managers page.
2. You should see your list of managers.
3. On the line with the manager you want to remove, click the "Delete Manager" button.
4. You will get a popup asking you to confirm you really wish to remove the manager, and shows their name.
5. If you clicked the right name, and you want to remove them, click the blue "Ok" button.
6. If you accidentally clicked the wrong name, you can click "Cancel" instead.
