This agreement (the "Agreement" or the "Terms of Service") describes the terms on which CasperTech Ltd. ("CasperTech") offer you access to its networked services. This agreement does not apply to available products which do not communicate with servers operated by CasperTech.
By using our services, you agree to and accept these terms. If you decline these terms, you are prohibited from accessing the service.
Services covered
The products ("services") covered by this agreement include (but are not restricted to) the CasperVend vending system and the CasperLet rental system. The agreement applies to portions of the product accessible by web, and also those available "in-world" through another third party service such as Second Life or Avination.
Service availability
CasperTech takes all reasonable measures to ensure the integrity of the products and services provided. However, CasperTech accept no liability for any loss incurred in the event of disruptions to the service, security violations, or data loss, even in the event that such outage was caused or provoked by actions by CasperTech.
CasperTech also provides ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY as to the performance or availability of the products and services provided, nor the third party systems that the products or services may depend on.
CasperTech reserves the right to revoke access to any products or services upon violation of this agreement, or upon any attack or abuse of services, products, staff, or customers, and that such action may be taken solely at the discretion of CasperTech. This includes access to any web services and the use of any in-world terminals which utilise the web service (such as vendors or rental units).
Account security
You MAY NOT, under any circumstances, give your CasperLet or CasperDNS password to anyone else. You may not, under any circumstances, attempt to log-in to an account which was not created by you. You are solely responsible for any actions taken by your account.

Intellectual property
You may not, under any circumstances, attempt to bypass the rights restrictions imposed on the products or services offered by CasperTech. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to reverse engineer any source code ("scripts"), attempting to gain unauthorised access to the products, services or systems provided or operated by CasperTech, or attempting to redistribute products or services provided or operated by CasperTech without the explicit authorisation of CasperTech.
You may not, under any circumstances, sell, make available, or attempt to sell or make available, through our products or services, any content which violates the intellectual property rights of others.
Assault and harassment
You may not, under any circumstances, use CasperTech products or services with the intent to harass, "grief", or otherwise inflict harm or annoyance upon others. This includes (but is not limited to) distributing or selling products which have been created with the intended purpose of inflicting harm or annoyance on others (such as "griefing tools").
You may not use CasperTech products or services to send unsolicited bulk marketing messages, or any kind of communication which may harass, inflict harm, or otherwise cause annoyance to the recipient(s).

Other disallowed use
You may not, under any circumstances, use our products or services for any purposes prohibited by United States, United Kingdom or international law, or any purposes prohibited by the third party services we operate with (for example, "Second Life" or "Avination").
Prohibited use includes, but is not limited to, fraud (either with real or virtual currency, or any other type of fraud), distribution or sale of narcotics, money laundering, or distribution, sale or display of child abuse images.
You may not resell or provide the service to a third party. The service provided is only intended for use by the avatar who purchased the service.
Support
Access to customer support resources is granted only to the person represented by the avatar which purchased our service. CasperTech DOES NOT provide technical support or assistance to partners, affiliates, or customers of its customers.
CasperTech may provide technical support to ONE other avatar, providing that you have previously informed CasperTech in writing that you grant explicit permission to deal with this person on your behalf, and that you authorise this person to discuss matters related to your account. You understand that, in some circumstances, CasperTech may request to speak to the account holder ONLY, for example in situations where only the account holding avatar has the required access needed to investigate an issue.
CasperTech is unable to provide technical support in any language other than English.
CasperTech takes every possible step to ensure that good technical assistance is available to customers when needed. However, no guarantee is offered with regard to the timeliness or quality of support offered.
CasperTech reserves the right to NOT offer technical assistance for products or units which have been significantly altered. CasperTech does NOT offer assistance with customisations or alterations.
Transfers
CasperTech is not responsible for any action taken against your accounts offered by a third party (for example, a "ban" from Second Life), and will not offer a transfer of product or service away from the avatar which purchased the product or service.
If you decide to use a different avatar, it is your responsibility to purchase any required service for that avatar.
Refunds
CasperTech does not offer refunds on its products or services. However, we may choose to issue a refund in certain circumstances. This is solely at our discretion.
