Product Licenses
As of November 2012, you may now add a license restriction to your products.
This is done on a per-product basis, in the product setup page, by associating the license option in the product listing to an available notecard.
Transaction Failed: Customer Didn't Respond To The License
This message simply means that the customer either refused the license, or didn't respond to it in a timely manner.
The transaction will be refunded in either case.
