CasperPanel Registration

Create Your CasperPanel Account

1. Go to CasperPanel.com
2. Click "Register" to create a new account
3. You will arrive at the registration screen
4. Enter your username - For sanity purposes, this should match your SL account name
5. Add your email address (entered twice) - Your CasperPanel confirmation and future notifications will be sent here, so don't use a workplace email (unless SL is your workplace).
6. Add your unique password (entered twice)
7. Click "Next Step"
8. Click "I'm Not A Robot"
9. Confirm your email address: Log in to the email you provided
10. Find the "Welcome to CasperPanel" email
11. Click the link in that email
12. Log in (Yes, a second time)
13. You will be presented with the "Let's Get Started!" screen
14. You have now successfully created your CasperPanel Account!

Adding an Avatar

1. Make sure you are logged in to Second Life - a confirmation code will be sent to you inworld
2. If you are continuing from the new account creation process, simply click "Add Avatar" button.
3. If you are logging in again, click the "Avatars" icon from the main menu, then "Add Avatars"
4. You will be presented with the "Add Avatar" popup
5. Click the green "Select Avatar" button
6. Type your avatar name in the smaller popup box, and click the green "Select" button
7. You will drop back to the first "Add Avatar" popup
8. Your avatar name will now appear there
9. Click "Next"
10. Click "Send Code"
11. Go to your Second Life screen
12. Look for an IM from "CasperVend Resident" and get the confirmation code
13. Highlight and copy JUST the code from the message
14. Go back to the CasperPanel "Add Avatar" screen"
15. Paste the code and click "Next"
16. You have now successfully added your avatar!

Create a Business Profile

1. You should have already added your avatar within CasperPanel first
2. From the CasperPanel main menu, click the "Businesses" briefcase icon
3. On the next screen, click "Create Business"
4. You will get a founder selection popup
5. Select which of your avatars will be the founder
6. Click "Next"
7. You will be presented with the business information popup
8. Begin filling in information about your business
9. Required: Business name
10. Optional: All other business information
11. When done filling in information, click "Create"
12. You will be shown your business listing within CasperPanel
13. You have now successfully created a business profile
