Project Spectre

Project Spectre was a gigantic project launched in June 2017 with the goal of modernising the architecture behind CasperVend and CasperLet, as a result of a series of unfortunate outages in 2017.

As of January 2018, this project has now been completed.

The original plan was to launch CasperVend 3 and CasperLet 2 as part of this work, however as the need became more urgent, it was decided to apply the changes to our existing framework instead.
