Sometimes, we find a piece of software which interferes with the operation of our sites. These incidents are listed below.

This is a virus / trojan which has been identified as causing issues loading dropbox items on the CasperVend "new product" page.

If you are experiencing issues loading the list, we highly recommend that you scan your system with a scanner like MalwareBytes.

You should also change your passwords if you find that you are infected with this.

We have had cases where NoScript intefered with the operation of the site, in particular the DropBoxes page.

This antivirus package was found to be injecting invalid arbitrary data into requests, breaking the CasperVend site.

Users have reported issues accessing our site due to Norton blocking cookies, despite being whitelisted.

This toolbar - for some reason - hides elements on our wiki, making it impossible to log-in.
