About the Bulk Page
At the top of the units page, you will be shown a short list of rental units, with links under the list to show more per page, if desired. There will be a small tickbox, on the left, above the rental units that will allow you to select all the rental units shown.
All changes made on this page will ONLY take effect on the rental units that are marked. If you set any option on a per-unit basis (see the unit configuration page) then the per-unit options will override the global options here, even if these are set after the per-unit options.
Bulk Actions
Below the list of rental units, you will see the following buttons:
- Delete Selected
- Evict Selected
- Silently Evict Selected
- Evict & Refund Selected
- Reset Selected
- Cancel Reservations
- Toggle Lock
- Toggle Accept Payments
Clicking the desired buttons will take the desired effect on the selected rental units. If you have NONE ticked in the rental unit list, there will be NO effect on any of them.
Bulk Updates
You may perform bulk operations for these options. If any of the units ticked above this section have any of these options changed on the individual per-unit page(s), the per-unit setting(s) will override any operations on this page - even if the bulk/global options were set after the per-unit ones.

- Set rented by (name of individual)
- Set reserved by (name of individual)
- Set expiry to [date] (choose from pulldown)
- Adjust time (add or subtract) ____ [time] (select timeframe by pulldown)
- Set price to ___ per [timeframe] (select by pulldown)
- Set prim limit to ___ prims/land impact
- Set extra prim allowance to ___ prims
- Set minimum rental term to ____ [timeframe] (choose from pulldown)
- Set initial minimum rental term to ____ [timeframe] (choose from pulldown)
- Set maximum rental term to ____ [timeframe] (choose from pulldown)
- Set profit shares (use "add new" to add one or more)
- Set discounts (use "add new" to add one or more)
- Set bonus time (use "add new" to add one or more)
- Set additional (secondary) tenants (use "add new" to add one or more)
- Set info notecard (click "change" to select from list in DropBox)
- Set tenant notecard (click "change" to select from list in DropBox)
- Set landmark (click "change" to select from list in DropBox)
- Set button config (Set the four "pay" buttons to the TIME you want to sell)
- Set unit options:
- Disable reminders (can also be disabled by tenant)
- Fixed payments only (restricts to 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks)
- Display floating text above the unit
- Display name of tenant in floating text
- Display object name in floating text (v1.20+ only)
- Display remaining time in floating text (v1.20+ only)
- Don't display text when unit is rented (v1.20+ only)
- Don't display text when unit is rented (v1.20+ only)
- Auto-evict after ____ hours
- Use prim consolidation [What is this?]
- Disable prim counting
- Count prims from ALL users
- Prevent tenant from being able to add additional subtenants
- Notify staff when unit expires
- Notify staff 24 hours before expiry
- Notify staff when a new tenancy starts
- Notify staff if a tenancy gets extended
- Notify staff if a user goes over their prim limit
- Send notifications to the master avatar
