Brand Usage
As of the 15th of September, 2016, we're imposing new rules regarding the use of our brands and trademarks. These new rules were announced on the 1st of September, providing a 14 day grace period.
This policy covers the names "CasperTech", "Mivvo", "PrimBay", "CasperVend", "CasperLet", "CasperSafe", "CasperUpdate", "SimpleSit", "Rez-Free", and the associated logos and imaging. The policy also covers the "Double C" logo device featured in our trademarks.

We hereby permit the use of our brand names, logos and trademarks provided they are used in accordance with the rules given below.
Rules
Use of our brand names, logos and trademarks is permitted only when used:
- On official products or devices (including affiliate / franchise vendors) issued by CasperTech
- On news articles, blogs or social media
- On signage, displays and marketing associated with official affiliate / franchise vendors
- On products, services and devices which either make use of the official APIs provided by CasperTech, or are explicitly designed to operate with our products or services
- On signage, displays and marketing associated with products, services and devices which either make use of the official APIs provided by CasperTech, or are explicitly designed to operate with our products or services
- In reference to a service, feature or product provided by us (for example, "Use any CasperVend redelivery terminal")
- On Replacement templates for CasperTech products, where the same logo existed previously on the template being replaced.
Provided that the following conditions are met:
- The use of the brand MUST NOT misrepresent or mislead in any way.
- You MUST NOT directly associate your product with our brands, for example, "CasperLet Door Script" is NOT permitted
- You MUST NOT use our brand names or trademarks in a fashion which is derogatory towards CasperTech or our products
- You MAY use the terms "for" or "compatible with", for example, "Door Script for CasperLet", or "Door Script - CasperLet Compatible" ARE permitted
- You MUST NOT use our brands together with any content which could be interpreted as offensive, or that violates the Second Life terms of service, or any applicable law
- You MUST NOT misrepresent your location in search results as an official CasperTech location
- Brand logos or trademarks MUST NOT be modified in any way
- Brand logos or trademarks MUST retain their original aspect ratio

If you wish to use our brands in any way which is not covered by the above, please contact us. We may amend the policy or grant you an exception.
