The Australian Volunteer Coast Guard is a coast guard organization in Second Life. It's primary purpose is saving lives on the coasts and in the seas of Second Life, however it also provides hospital and firefighting services.
Products
The AVCG's Engineering Department created and maintains the AVCG LifeKit, a one-linden kit containing basic life-saving equipment such as a life buoy, emergency radio, life jacket and more. The kit is distributed via a custom CasperVendor which is made available to airports, marinas, and other public places around Second Life, as well as the AVCG's own properties. The main engineering contact for the AVCG is Carmarenton Resident.
