How can I get help?
Our support staff are ready and waiting to help you! Below are some of the many ways that you can get in touch.
Option #1: Post on our forums
You're already here, so why not make a post? There's no need to register again.
The forums are regularly checked by our support staff, and also many of our regular users, who are wonderful and helpful people.
There is a dedicated CasperLet support forum and a CasperVend support forum.
Option #2: File a ticket
Send an instant message to CasperTech Resident in-world and you will receive a reply in a few minutes, with a link allowing you to submit a ticket to us.
Tickets are often the fastest way to contact us, since they're closely monitored by myself and all staff.
Option #3: IM us directly
Unlike some other operators, I welcome and encourage people to contact us directly if they need help.
If you speak English, you can contact myself (Casper Warden) or 2WAT Michigan who is a member of our support team. My online times vary, but i'll always get back to you as soon as possible. If i'm not online, you'll receive a link to file a ticket.
If you speak German, you can contact Holger Gilruth.
If you speak Portuguese, you can contact Prudente Constantine
If you speak Italian, you can contact gaia rossini
Option #4: Ask in our support group
When you purchased your product from CasperTech, you were sent a group invite. That is our user support group, and it's full of very helpful and friendly people. If you missed the invite, search for "CasperTech User Support Group" in second life, or use this link.
