How can I get help?
Our support staff are ready and waiting to help you! Below are some of the many ways that you can get in touch.
Option #1: IM us directly
Unlike some other operators, I welcome and encourage people to contact us directly if they need help.
If you speak English, you can contact Casper Warden or 2WAT Michigan who is a member of our support team. My online times vary, but i'll always get back to you as soon as possible. If i'm not online, you'll receive a link to file a ticket.
If you speak German, you can contact Holger Gilruth.
If you speak Portuguese, you can contact Prudente Constantine
If you speak Italian, you can contact Gaia Rossini
