Updates for this product are always free. It's important to keep all aspects of your CasperVend system up-to-date to keep things running smoothly and securely.
How to know about updates
We always send update notifications out via Group Notice and Facebook.
Only our customers are permitted in the CasperTech User Support Group, but your managers and partners are welcome in the CasperTech Announcements Group.
How to get the latest version
You can always get the latest version of your product, at any time, via a CasperVend redelivery terminal.
There are some terminals at the CasperTech Store, but you will also have a redelivery terminal in your CasperVend Premium/Free crate which you can use. Alternatively, just touch any vendor and choose Redeliver from the menu.
If your Gift Card expansion came as part of the Fat Pack, then redeliver the latest version of the Fat Pack.
Updating of gift cards
Unfortunately, issued cards themselves can not be updated, because of strict permissions requirements.
Instead, you should issue new gift cards and distribute them. After a grace period, you may wish to block the older versions which you can do through the web control panel.
